Country Farm & Home is hosting it’s inaugural steak cookoff competition! It’s going to be held at the Cookeville store location on Saturday, August 29th. Spectators are welcome! Come on out and watch some of the top competitors go head to head! The winner will not only recieve $1,000 cash, but an invite to the SCA World Championship! Cash payout also goes to the top ten in steak, top 5 in ribs. Think you got what it takes?! Anyone 13 years an older is elgible to compete. No SCA membership required! For those of you that aren’t sure what Chick Day is, this is the time of year when everyone purchases newborn chickens to either grow their flock or start a new one. And it’s not just farmers, anyone can purchase them!

Give us a call for the full list and prices. Ducks and Roosters are available to order as well! Order deadline is March 30th. Once you’ve placed your order and paid, you’ll pick up the chicks at our store on April 6th. Our experienced staff members will be on-site to answer any questions you have about setting up your coop and raising chickens.

This year we are doing Pre-orders only so we won’t have extra chicks for in-store purchase!
